I agree to:

• respect the all Players, Parents, Coaches, Directors and Executives of the OGSA
• conduct a respectful program taking full responsibility for my actions and that of my Players/Families
• attend and participate in all meetings and other events deemed a requirement of the OGSA
• actively participate in all player development sessions to ensure optimal performance for my Players/Team
• engage in relevant coaching development opportunities towards improving my coaching ability
• actively assist the OGSA in curriculum initiatives that require coaching expertise, leadership and involvement
• provide player evaluations and engage in a Program Review Survey at the end of the season
• provide the OGSA with a police background check and vulnerable sectors screening; dated within the last 3 years (the OGSA will reimburse $25 of this cost)
• that by engaging in non-compliance, unfavourable conduct, violations of the Code of Conduct/Bill of Rights or deviation from the by-laws/rules/goals of the OGSA, can result in my suspension and/or expulsion
