Rep Coach Application
All coaches must sign and agree to abide by Oakville Girls Softball Association (OGSA) “Code of Conduct”.
All coaches must submit a current (within 1 year) Police Record Check.
At least 1 Coach on the team must have completed all Softball Ontario coaching Certifications appropriate for their division in which they are applying for. That coach must be on the bench for Qualifiers, Provincials and Nationals.
Coaching applicants will be evaluated on, but not limited to the following:
- Evaluations From Current Season (where applicable)
- Application
- Interview
- Coaching History
- Reference Check
- Valid Police Record Check
- Commitment to volunteer time in player development within OGSA (assisting with clinics, coach mentors, etc.)
